  : Brand new and extremely clean. Modern design. Close proximity to my relatives. Easy freeway access.
  : Unfriendly staff seemed to lack hotel training. Cleaning staff were great. Wi-Fi which was very spotty and did not meet my needs..HVAC system not great , both hot and cold at the same time. Acoustics inferior, could hear every word in corridor .

  : Rooms were too small and it felt like a tight space. Food wasnt that good. But then a lot of hotels are going cheap on food items.

  : Asked for multiple early check in requests with no response from hotel (emails and called). Arrived at hotel at 1:00pm was told no rooms available come back around 3:00pm (check in time) we came back at around 2:45 still no rooms available (parking lot basically empty) we waited in the lounge area with a few other guests and then watched someone check in who had came in behind us (not 3:00pm yet) and get a room so not a great start. First night (1:00am after getting back from Metallica show) a bug crawled across pillow (thought possible bed bug) but this is a pet friendly hotel and was a tick. Showed the front desk clerk and was moved to another room not ideal at 1:00am when ready to goto bed. No offer of reduced hotel stay (I didnt ask) because I wanted to see if the hotel would make it right. Were honors members who receive early check in and check outs so this was not an ideal stay for the price.

  : Room was great, bed and pillows are amazing. Good access from parking lot to doors, several doors for access.
  : Hall way was extremely hot. Room carpet needs to be cleaned. Reserved an accessible tub/shower, did not receive one. Absolutely no early arrival possible...actually they were running behind, but understandable due to concert in the area that night.
