  : Food was excellent, service by some staff was good, and location was good, but that's where it ends as they seem more interested in the restaurant than looking after the guests who stay for a night or two.
  : The housekeeping of our room was really bad. We had to ask every day for our room to be serviced and then it wasn't done properly. Although we'd left our used towels in the bath they were not replaced with clean ones instead the old ones were just left in the bath. The toiletries and the biscuits with the tea and coffee were not replenished. The wash basin and toilet were not cleaned. Our room was tired and in great need of redecoration. The wallpaper is starting to peel off the walls and both the room and the bathroom were shabby. The WiFi in the room was terrible and consistently dropped out. The car park is cramped and only has a dozen small spaces, a real problem for larger vehicles and that's if a space is available.

  : Location was great and in the main town of Beaumaris
  : It is a very old property which has its own charm. It was clean and had a very large comfortable bed. Our bathroom however, needed a refurbishment and the sloping ceiling over the bath meant anyone over 5ft 6 would have their head touching the ceiling if standing to shower. Food at the hotel is very good and varied. The salad main meals were excellent! Breakfast is served only until 9:15am - too early for us
