: Room (Three-Bedroom Apartment with Lake View) was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was good, with a supermarket and some restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly. There is a deal with a nearby pool, which we didn't use.
  : Nothing major.

: The facilities overall. It's not the first time we staied at Carl & Do and we like it!
: We were 3 couples and we had to move some matrasses to sleep together as a couple. Good thing is that when we told it to the staff, they replied: whatever you need to do to make yourself comfortableIn the beginning when there was an agreement whth the adventure park for the swimming pool, it was great. Bit now you need swimming caps and there where large groups of children in the pool every day. Much prefere to have the choice to go to the pool at Grand hotel Dino like before the adventure park was build

: Location and view on the 5th floor was more than excellent!! Parking garage under hotel was convenient. Apartment was spacious, like a small home! Friendly staff at arrival.
: Too many paintings/pictures on the wall of bad taste. We neither liked the old-fashioned furniture. A bit more modern look would do a lot! Swimming pool is not next to the hotel, but you need to take the car. Pool itself is OK though.

: Good location and well speaking English staff
: I appreciate the staff's service and we tip them right at the entrance of the hotel. But at the end due to the hotel policy we have to take our own rubbish+recycling when we departed. I felt like the management set these rules well however it kills the good vibe of the hotel's hospitality.

: I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and I wanted to share my feedback on the experience. Firstly, I must say that the location is excellent and the apartment I stayed in was comfortable and well-maintained. The amenities provided were up to par, and the overall ambiance of the place contributed to a pleasant stay. However, I do feel the need to mention an area that left me slightly disappointed. The staff's professionalism and approach could use some improvement. During the check-in procedure, I encountered some issues with the staff's attitude. Despite the fact that my booking had already been processed through Booking.com, the check-in process seemed redundant and unnecessarily complicated. The staff's aggression during this simple procedure was unexpected and left a negative impression. As a guest, I believe that a warm and courteous welcome is an integral part of the hospitality experience. I hope that the management takes these comments constructively and works towards ensuring that guests encounter a more professional and welcoming atmosphere during their stay. In conclusion, I truly enjoyed the overall stay and the quality of the apartment, but I believe that enhancing the staff's approach and demeanor will greatly contribute to elevating the guest experience.
