  : We were kept awake at night by mice in the cavity wall and ceiling. The room was small and dark. The evening meal was very badly cooked - very over cooked burger and chips and very greasy. I cant believe it was an award winning burger.

  : Very comfortable room and bed. Lovely helpful staff. Fabulous surroundings and view. We were attending a concert at the hotel so it was great to stay in the same place. Very nice town and fantastic cinema. Well worth a visit.
  : Breakfast was okay but lacked fresh fruit or yogurt. You have to make your own toast which was disappointing as the machine is old and slow. If you go to make it when your food arrives its not all hot at the same time. It would be great if a slice of toast came with the cooked breakfasts. We stayed for 2 nights and room wasnt serviced while we were there, only the bed pulled up, not made as nicely as it was when we arrived. I assumed bins would have been emptied, tea tray and toiletries replenished etc but they werent. Not a huge issue but it would have been nice.
