  : The staff wasnt helpful, initially told us our booking was made long ago and didnt have to pay city tax, and then later said we did and insisted us to pay in cash.Staff wasnt polite at all and asked us to provide EXACT time of arrival, while we promised to arrive before front desk closure. The bathroom in my friends room was terrible, there was mould in the bathtub, and theres a wooden board inside the bath tub and it was very dirty! Our bathtub was also having very poor drainage and I was so worried that the washroom would be flooded. And it was very noisy at night, both inside and outside the building. You need to shut the lift door really tight so that it works, so you can hear people forcefully shutting the door at night. Downstairs are restaurants and pubs which were pretty noisy too. I dont expect much for breakfast and you get some bottled milk, juice n biscuits readily prepared in the room.

  : Very close to main train station which was helpful to us after a long travel day and arriving at Bari Centrale late at night. Staff were responsive and easy to communicate with about check in as we had to check in late and they made accomodations for us which we were very grateful for. Breakfast set up in the room was a nice touch.
