Hotel Pensione Romeo

: Room was as expected good value for money. You pay what you get for. Great Location.
: The lift did not work and we were on the 2nd Floor.

Poor
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: Apart from that it was cetrally located near to the railway station nothing was good.
: First of all, it's not only the fault of the hotel, Booking.com is equally responsible for this mess and it has not happened only once with booking.com but a couple of times. We went with a kid of 5 years old and while booking we chose the option of a room with 2 beds and we remember very well that we chose that option and when we arrived at the hotel, there was only 1 bed in the room. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional and we paid additional 20 to get the room with additional bed. We had many better options on booking.com with apartments or hotels with additional 20 budget but because there was no option to cancel the booking, we had to pay additional 20.

Disappointing

  : Location
: Staff didnt know english. Bed wasnt comfortable, building was old. Smell in the room was strange and have to wait 10-15 min. for a warm water.

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: They did not have the room we requested available when we arrived and the only room they had left was dirty, small, and didn't have enough beds.

Good
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Location, close to Bari Stazzione and Airport bus, walking distance to Bari Vecchio with many restaurants and bars nearby.Helpful staff.
: It would be better if we had refrigerator in the room,in order to keep cool our drinks and water...

Poor
Traveller Type:
: That it was close to the train station.Reception in the evening had the employee speaking english which was great comparing with the situation on arrival
: It was no hot water or heating so it was cold during the night, walls are like from paper you can hear everything completely. Lady in reception was quite rude, not english speaking and does not accept cards- sent us to look for ATM around the block. It should be written while booking that hotel only accepts cash.
