  : - it wasn't possible to pay with credit or debit card, so we had to go to the bank to withdraw money - the shower cubicle was not in a good condition, it really needs some renovation and deep cleaning

  : The location of the apartman is very good, not far from railway station and next to the old town. The check-in and the communication with the staff was easy.

  : I preferred the method of self-check in, rather than waiting for the owner to arrive. The house was easy to find and it was in a great area. Lots of restaurants and bakeries surrounding it, nice views of a quintessential Italian town. The apartments were really clean and well stocked with snacks/spreads/coffee. The host went above and beyond to ensure we were well settled. When I mentioned that there was a small issue with the door handle, they sent a repairman the next day to fix it which was very considerate. The apartment is also big and spacious with a queen-sized bed on top and a L-shaped sofa on the bottom floor. I would recommend 2 people in each loft but it is possible to fit 3-4 with 2 sleeping on the sofa. There's good air-conditioning and a standing fan at the top floor. Bathroom has good water pressure and stocked with bath towels/soaps.
  : However there is a caveat with the property that there are quite a number of stairs. My family of 4 stayed in the level 1 and level 2 apartment. The level 1 apartment has a manageable amount of stairs, so it was still alright to carry the luggage bags but the level 2 apartment had like about 3-4 flights of spiral stairs which was tiring. However if your bags are light or you are bringing backpacks that shouldn't stop you from staying at such a nice, lovely apartment.
