  : Good location, the area is full of cafes, restaurants and shops. 10 min easy walking distance to Old Town and 5 min to Bari Centrale train station. The parking recommended by the host was very useful and necessary. Beware that it is practically impossible to find a parking on the street where it costs 2 euros per hour. The host has an agreement with Nuova Garage Roma (15 euros per day) which is 100 meters to the location. The property has good security with code access in the common area and a key for the apartment. The host, Piero, was very kindly, friendly and responsive and explain to us how we can visit all the important objectives in Bari and the surroundings. We also received a welcome gift, a small bag of traditional pasta orecchiette. The apartment no.4, with a balcony, is located on the third floor of the building. In fact, there are 3 apartments with their own lobby and bathroom and a common corridor. The room size is big enough for 3 persons, it is very basic but clean, the beds and pillows are okay, the linen and the towels seem old but fresh and clean. There are a lot of toiletries and you can use a small hairdryer. The WiFi is fast. Although the reservation through Booking.com was without any meal included, we have got a coffee machine, a tea/coffee maker, a wide range of tea bags, capsules for coffee and snacks, all for free. Also, we found 3 welcome free water bottles. The cleaning is done at every 2 days, that is okay.
  : I do not recommend the accommodation during the winter or cold periods. The heating is done only with the air conditioning which is very weak to warm up the room to a comfortable temperature. In the first 2 days we woke up in the morning and the temperature was 17 degrees. We sent a message to Piero and he arrived in few minutes, fixed something to the air conditioning and the temperature increased but only a little, to 18 degrees in the morning and around 20 in the daytime. Despite the noise, we kept the air conditioning turned on all the day and night but it did not help too much. The lobby and the bathroom are not heated at all, making difficult to take a shower. The shower cabin seems old and could be renewed. The doors of the apartment, too. The hot water is not enough for more than 2 people, it ran out when our daughter clean her hair. The 3rd person had to wait some time for hot water coming again. We had a room with a view to a yard and opposite there is a building in progress so it can be quite noisy in the morning after 7 AM. The water pump is quite noisy when someone use the bathroom.

  : The room was very clean and with a nice balcony on which you can have breakfast. The hosts were extremely friendly and professional and even gave us a bag of orecchiette to take home.
  : It would be nice if there wasnt as much single use plastic although I understand its practicality
