  : Perfect view over the lake. Dinner outside with the lake view made it quite romantic. Good distance to the ferry. Good tables and chairs at the lake to relax or have a chat with each other.
  : Rooms are basic and twin beds instead of double bed. A bit noisy inside.

  : A fantastic location and view! We got a very nice, large and fresh dinner. This is a really great place, just by the beautiful Komani lake with a spectacular view. Would 100% recommend!
  : In the morning there were some wasps with breakfast, but this is of course a natural thing. We had this everywhere in Albania. Just good to know.

  : New built, directly at the lake. Mario is very kind and I could talk with him a while about the albanian culture, after I asked him about it.
  : Because of the beginning of the cold season there were some ants in the room, although they did something against the ants already, we had to live with it for that night.

  : The view is simply amazing. The balcony goes out to the river/lake. The location is super quiet, all you can here is nature. Breakfast was ok. We got boiled eggs, cheese and the typical (greasy) Albanian pancakes and a tea.
  : The house in general is not soundproof, we could hear the conversations from people below. The rooms furniture was very basic. It lacks a pan, a bin in the kitchen, tables and lamps by the beds. There was also no outdoor furniture on our balcony (as advertised).Also, long story short we had an issue with ants in the room, which seems to have been an unusual situation. But we just really didnt like the way the situation was communicated and dealt with. Not very customer-oriented, unfortunately. Long story: There were lots of ants in the room which they poisoned before we arrived. During the night the dead ants dropped from the ceiling an ley all over the room and beds. When we communicated the problem we learned that the issue was already known by the manager beforehand but wasnt communicated to us. As we didnt think they should have rented out the room in the first place we asked for a discount and got rejected. Because we insisted, we got a discount but the way they handled the situation was really not customer/service oriented. And sadly ruined our stay a little.

  : Good location beside the lake to go to the ferry.
  : Very unpleasant experience. Classic example of how having a place at a great location can be turned into an unwelcoming stay. Poor and dry breakfast with no fruits, no juice, no tomatoes, only get a cup of tea with some flat bread, one boiled egg and jam, no privacy, no sound proofing- can hear people in the top floor and next door walking, talking and moving all the time. We stayed for 3 nights, the host gave us some pieces of tomato with breakfast upon request on second day, the next day we were told they had no tomatoes or cucumbers left when we actually see them ready to be eaten from the garden! Be careful if you drive there because there are sharp boulders jutting out on the unpaved path from the road upto the guest house. If you take one of the rooms in the ground floor you dont really have a private balcony.
