  : I did not like any feature of this hotel. There is a bad smell coming from the sink, there is no shower in the bathroom. Disgraceful rooms and worst of all we got scammed by the hotel owners. We canceled one of 2 reservations. Wrong reservation cancelled. Both bookings were charged and we were given low quality rooms. We did not get a refund for the room we canceled. We phoned everywhere, including the reservation, to seek our rights. We will continue to seek our rights through legal means. Don't even go through the door, don't trust the reservation. Because when I called their center, they said they couldn't even see my reservation, let alone fix my disability. They tricked us, don't be fooled.

  : Great location, you couldn't get closer to the gondola if you tried. Clean and tidy, maid came in 3 times during the week.
  : Very basic (you get what you pay for). We booked a two bedroom apartment and when we arrived, there had been a 'mistake' and we were given two one bedroom apartments, splitting up our group. These two apartments were inferior to what we had booked. None of the three kettles worked, so had to boil water in a pan. Some lights didn't work, and plug sockets were falling out. The shower was not enclosed. Therefore, the whole bathroom was wet every time you had a shower and not enough towels provided to place on the floor everything. Don't forget, otherwise you'll have soggy socks.
