  : Location was brilliant and facilities perfect for 6 people. Pictures did not do the apartments justice.
  : Slight leek in the bathroom when using the shower which caused a puddle on the floor

  : The apartment was in the middle of town so the walk to the gondola was 5 minutes.
  : Booking.com description saying the hotel had a swimming pool and steam room but wasn't open when we stayed the week.

  : We arrived to the apartment the evening of our arrival after booking it for the first 3 nights of our stay. It was raining and it took us a while find the place. when we arrived they showed us a different apartment than the one we booked and the manager told us the owner double booked the place. We asked to speak to the apartment owner who told us they have technical issues in the apartment (lied to us) and she is only required to give us the same level apartment. She would not compensate us in any way but return the money. We were very upset. Took the money, sat in our car and started looking for another apartment at 7pm when it is raining outside. Stay away from this place!
