  : Stay at the hotel for our family of four was great. The one-bedroom apartment is spacious enough, with all the furniture and equipment (e.g. water kettle) needed for the stay. Should be noted that room has a fridge, but there are no cooking appliances (stovetop, microwave), but we didnt expect these so it was fine. Beds include a kingsize double and a large sofa that pulls out into a bed, and are both extremely comfortable due to the additional memory foam mattresses provided. There are enough towels and bathrobes, and cleaning staff offers to replace them when needed. Floor heating in the room is more than sufficient, and easily adjustable by remote control. Hotel parking is available for hotel guests. Hotel location is good (on the main road), with free shuttle services to the skiing area. There is a convenience store nearby with all the essentials which you can freely bring to you room. Wifi was free and working well. SPA area is also quite nice, and includes a pool, a large jacuzzi, a salt room, a sauna and related facilities, with towels available in the changing rooms. Restaurant has a nice selection of food. Prices are somewhat high (higher than in Belgrade for example), but comparable to the rest of the restaurants in Kopaonik during the skiing season. Breakfast has a solid selection of food, certainly enough for a week or so. There is also a quite large playroom for the kids. All things considered, the hotel provides a very good service and is in our view excellent choice for the money.
  : Really not much to note. While staff was quite polite and ready to assist, there was a feeling the hotel is understaffed in certain areas. For example, only a couple of waiters are supposed to serve the restaurant (open also to visitors not staying in the hotel), the SPA area (which has direct access to the restaurant) and potentially cover room service. Room maintenance staff also seems limited and overworked. In terms of the room, it wouldn't hurt to have at least a microwave oven.

  : Breakfasts were poor and not various. Plates on the breakfast were always dirty with old food on it.The floor in the spa was always dirty

  : Delicious food. fresh. nice spa section. bus tickets to resort.
  : Breakfast was relatively good. But it was short of drinks - one have to wait for coffee.. a bit short of fruits. no boiled eggs. smoking was permitted at the restaurant that is quite usual for Serbian but not comfy for family with kids.. limited parking place for cars, though parking is available outside.
