: The apartments are very well heated, so you can sleep in your undies even. The view from the apartment is magnificent. Most of the furniture is new, though a few things were already a bit damaged... The entrance into the Spa is from the building, so that's very convenient. My friend use the spa and she liked it. It was 2000 din for us as guests and they have a rule that once you go out you can't get back in again... even if you've paid tha entrance for the day.
: First of all, this apartment is not located where the pin on Booking says. The pin points to another Villa Milmari, which is 4 km closer to the ski center. This apartment is the farthest thing you can rent out in the apartment villages around Kopaonik, and at the end of a small dirt road. I don't want to think they deliberately showed the location as being closer, but for me, that was very annoying, as I thought I had reserved something closer to the ski centre. When we got there, there was no hot water and we had to switch on the water heater and take the first shower with cold water. After that it was okay. They gave us (two women with long hair) two medium-sized towels in total and when we asked for more, they said they charged for that! The same goes for toilet paper, believe it or not! Even though there's a reception there. They left two small rolls of 2-layer toilet paper! So, okay, we bought toilet paper. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, which isn't a big problem, but still, visitors should know that. The sound insulation in the building is zero! When neighbours speak on the phone, you can hear every word. And vice versa. And imagine how it sounds when the neighbours upstairs walk in their skiing shoes! Forget about sleeping in or taking an afternoon nap. There are very few amenities... for example, we didn't have a functioning bottle opener. It's a bit of a walk to the main road, which isn't a problem unless the entire road is covered in wet, melting snow, so come prepared because you might be walking through deep ponds of melting snow. Because there's no proper parking place for this apartment, we had to park on the side of that little road, and after two days of snowing, it was a struggle to get the car out. So be prepared for that. Luckily, most people there are very nice and helpful, so they pushed us out of the deep snow...
