  : The location, the design, the staff
  : The first room we were assigned on the top floor was very noisy due to the air conditioning unit on the roof. The staff was very helpful, the even turned it down at night (in September), but avoid room 502 is you can.

  : 1) problem with the bed for the child - it was broken, we tried to convince the receptionist in the night that the bed is broken, in the end she changed our bed. 2) parking ! - you arrive at the hotel, you go inside for the check in (meanwhile, parking hunters are blocking the wheel car and they give you a fine) - it happened this weekend for some friends. when we pay more than 100 euros/night, you expect some parking services. for my family car, the receptionist told me to pay outside, she put on the paper the car plate, but my mistake, when I paid, I put the wrong car plate. so, my car was blocked. so, I had to pay the fine to the rude guys not speaking English 3) no slippers in the room

  : Great location on the sea front. Big room, and decent breakfast, though it got a little samey, and no English Breakfast Tea on offer. Great stay in Balchik, close to all the restaurants and right on the promenade.

  : Although it says on the website that the hotel has parking, in reality it doesn't. The parking lot in front of the hotel does not belong to the hotel. In 3 minutes after I parked the car, the representatives of the local authority blocked my wheels and put the ticket with the fine in the windshield. After 10 minutes of arguing, they unlocked the wheels of my car and canceled the parking fine. I got a room on the 1st floor, above the hotel restaurant. That day, in the evening, a wedding took place and the music was so loud that the walls vibrated. I don't understand why they gave us the room above the restaurant if they knew that there would be a wedding in that room! Lack of respect for customers! A very unpleasant experience!
