  : The location is very close to the sea, the view is fabulous. We had a double room with sea view - a large room, clean and modern bath, clean towels, clean floor. We didn't use the kitchen, but it's a plus to have. The balcony was perfect. Thank you for everything!

  : I would like to bring to your attention several issues that I encountered during my recent stay:1. The cable TV and internet services were non-functional throughout my stay.2. The door leading to the living room (balcony) could not be securely closed.3. The trash can in one of the bathrooms was inoperable, could not be opened from the pedal.4. The window in one of the rooms could not be opened.5. The overall cleanliness of the accommodation was subpar, with noticeable dirt on the entrance door.6. There was an unpleasant odor in the apartment.7. Additionally, there were disruptive noises emanating from the restaurant below.Regrettably, I paid 185 euros for a two-room apartment for a single day, which I find exorbitant given the aforementioned issues. This amount is equivalent to what I would typically spend for a week's stay in Greece. I kindly request a partial refund for the services that were not rendered as expected. I would appreciate prompt attention to this matter. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will be compelled to escalate it to the relevant authorities in Romania.Furthermore, I would like to express concern regarding the receptionist's handling of our identification documents. While I understand the need to verify guests' identities for security purposes, the practice of making copies raises privacy concerns. I believe this action goes beyond the scope of ensuring the correct distribution of room keys. It is my hope that these documents will not be mishandled or misused, as I am concerned about potential security risks, including the possibility of unauthorized dissemination of personal information.I trust that you will address these matters with the utmost urgency and professionalism.Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.

  : The fact that the pool was closed and empty and the hotel didn't mention this on booking, neither responded to my emails & questions.The room we got on the 5th floor was quite old, not so clean, with dust, flies and lots of pigeon's poop.The elevator was very old and it didn't seem safe at all.The sheets & towels were old as well and stained...We booked 2 nights but stayed just one because of the poor conditions.
