  : nice house directly located in the sea. amazing view. very calm. very clean. pickup from the port to the house and back. friendly owner.
  : might be more cozy. seemed a little unfinished. missing lamps (just bulbs). some hooks/boats in the bathroom to place your stuff would be great, slightly too empty for our taste. however all in all nice! however, we felt a little disturbed by the cleaning person that appeared suddenly and spent about 45 mins during our breakfast, even though there was no need for cleaning during our 4 days stay. should ne announced in advance. A little too expensive for what you get. in total we hab a very nice stay on Lipsi. you definitely need a Scooter/car. there was no breakfast provided at all, even though it says including breakfast here. little improvements and it will be an amazing place.

  : Built in THE location, overlooking a quiet beach, Villa Vasiliki offers everything one can ask for: 2 bedrooms with comfy beds, airconditioning, a bathroom, outside shower, outside bed, Wi-Fi, easy access to the beach, a stunning night sky full of stars and much, much more. Breakfast is delivered every morning. We were really sad to leave that magic place!
  : communication with the host was difficult at first as they did not speak good English, but Google translate helped to make it work. Villa is far from all restaurants and the town, scooters or a car are needed to get around.

  : As two adult couples we thought this villa would be a perfect two night stay for us - however, on arrival we were told that we would need a car, unfortunately all had been hired out! We were able to book one of the 2 taxi's on the island but they would not come to the villa, this meant a 15/20 minute walk across the headland either in the blistering heat of the day or the pitch black at night. The main problem was that the air conditioning was not working in the lounge and main bedroom. We reported this on the day of our arrival and chased it up the following day, only to be told " but it's Sunday!" We expected an owner who is told that the air con. is not working in 40 degrees of heat to at least send somebody to come and look at it! Despite numerous attempts to further contact the owner the problem was not rectified. There was a lack of information/welcome pack at the property and a complete lack of communication from the owner. No basic provisions provided for arrival - tea/milk/sugar, although breakfast was delivered each morning. The high cost of this property is definitely not reflected in the standard of this accomodation, which is obviously not well maintained. We felt that important things like the air con. should probably be checked before holidaymakers arrive - especially one's that are paying 300 euros a night!!
