This 1895 stone-built romantic summer villa is peacefully situated yet only 250 metres from Alinda beach. : We like the quietness, location and the heritage of the hotel.
: Bathroom tools were old and bot comfortable, no shampoo / conditioner/ toothpaste. And I think due to the time in the island the tap water was salty.

: It is a nice old building set back from the sea. Very quiet and peaceful. Our room had high ceilings and nice windows and shutters. French windows opened onto a shared terrace. Staff were helpful and responsive and ordered a taxi and arranged car hire. We worked out that we could get morning tea brought to our room.
: We were staying in late August and the room had no aircon; it was difficult to sleep even with fans swirling away.The loo/shower room was very small and we never got any hot water.The breakfast is entirely vegan with no vegetarian options. It was expensive for what was on offer.We found a nice beach a short drive away, but otherwise there is little of note in Alindi; the restaurants are poor.A car or motorcycle is essential if you stay here.We stayed in room 5 which is described as a suite. It is really two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two singles. This would be great if you had children, but we dont.Check with the property as there is a downstairs suite with a bedroom and a sofa room. However we were advised that it is noisy as the floor above (our room) has wooden floors.

: I didnt realized breakfast is vegan, but she prepare d very good vegan breakfast for us. Very nice garden, trees. We loved so much.
