  : It was smelling really bad from the toilets. The bad smell stayed in the restroom and went in all the appartement.

  : Avoriaz is a great place to stay for a ski break.
  : Accommodation was dirty, in need of a significant refurb, vent broken, smoke alarms broken, toilet broken and damp in rooms. Bedding was terrible quality e.g. terrible pillows and duvets. Rooms are small but was expected. Lifts up to hotel were also broken so had to take a long walk up 13 floors. Cannot recommend especially given we were paying 175 per night!

  : The location and view is the only good thing about this tired, shabby, dirty, run down apartment.
  : We did not like that the toilet was broken and did not flush, the shower was ripped off the wall, the cooker top was cracked, there was grime and mould throughout, the bathroom skirting was rotten, the extractor fan had its own eco system growing, the paint work was chipped and discoloured. The radiators were filthy, The balcony (5th floor) railings were loose and dangerous, the pillows were missing, the bed settee had numerous suspicious stains, the front door had a big gap giving a cold low level draft. The smoke detector was missing, just the back plate left, Most of all we hated Mont Blanc booking who would not assist in any way and then proceeded to take money from our card after we returned with no explanation. They also double booked the apartment which was highly embarrassing when the other guests turned up who had been given the key code for the key box. They then ignored all correspondence. Avoid this company and apartment at all costs!!!!!!!!!

  : The property has an incredible view. Everything else was pretty appalling.
  : Apartment 506 was exceeding dilapidated, the bathroom walls had mould as there was no extraction, the power tripped, the smoke alarm was defective and beeped continuously which kept us awake, both electrical radiator controls were semi detached from their units, the apartment was very dirty, the pull out bed made a terrible noise of you rolled over. My main concern is that I have attempted a continuous dialogue with the Mont Blanc Team about all of my concerns. I emailed and called everyday during our stay and subsequently since for a resolution. I stressed our dissatisfaction and concerns around our safety (defective smoke alarm and ill functioning radiators) but have been completely ghosted. I have attempted to peruse a claim through Booking.Com and have gotten no further. The view is great and the building itself has plenty of other apartments that can be booked via Pierre et Vaccance or Maeva where the Accomadation is properly maintained; they allow you use of the ski storage room, which we didnt have and also they have Wi-Fi. This apartment has no access to any Wi-Fi. My advise would be to avoid Mont Blanc as when you have an issue to resolve, they are not able to assist in anyway that is meaningful.
