  : Unbelievably we were charged 150 Euros as part of the damage deposit for leaving a few items in the fridge on departure (that we thought the cleaning staff might want to take), and not emptying a small pedal bin with a couple of items of dry rubbish in. Despite trying to engage multiple times with reception / the company at how unfair / disproportionate this was we were told very clearly they didnt care. I think the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

  : Locker room - a little more space or some hooks to stop skis from falling . Some other persons skis fell on my sons head . More help with information for transport to/ from apartment . It wasnt clear how we go from Telegraphique or Welcome Centre and if it was free or not .

  : Spacious, comfortable, well equipped accommodation. Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Good location at the top of the resort but only 5 minutes to the centre. True ski in ski out.
  : Initial communication wasn't perfect in that we were told the accommodation we were getting want what we had requested. Ultimately we did get what we had requested so it was probably just a problem with the accommodation sending standard messages.

  : The location is great and the center of the station is easily accessible thanks to the escalators (when not out of order!). Heated ski locker available for the room and possibility to order bakery for the next morning at reception.
  : Cleanliness. The toilet was very smelly and I bought cleaning products to clean it again. Also the floor and the couches were not so clean with lots of hair everywhere.

  : Accommodation was in a great location at the top of the town with amazing views from the balcony. Escalators to get up and down to the main town centre were right opposite the door of the hotel so really easy to get to restaurants, bars, shops etc. Ski locker on the ground floor meant you could just grab you skis, walk out the door and you were ready to set off for the day. Truly ski in/ski out. Living room was lovely and big with lots of seating options and plenty of space round a big table. Reception staff very friendly and maintenance came to sort out a problem with shower very quickly.
  : We arrived in resort 45 mins after we were meant to be able to collect the keys to be told that our room wasn't actually ready yet. Reception took our number and texted when the keys were ready, another 45 mins later. Meant we could get our rental skis sorted and walk in to town to stock up on supplies, but very frustrating to not be able to get in to the accommodation until 90 mins after the advertised time - which at 5pm was already much later that I would have expected. When we did eventually get in, the beds weren't even made! Will say that the staff were very apologetic and did call the next day to say sorry again and check we were ok. Bedrooms were really small. The master bedroom in particular had barely 50cm between each side of the bed and the wall. Was only really one tiny space near the door where you could actually stand to get dressed, which meant only one person at a time could get ready. Decent storage in the wardrobe but could only just get in to it as there was so little space at the end of the bed. The twin room the kids were in was a little better but still pretty cramped. Sofas in the living room were also pretty uncomfortable and the cushions kept slipping off.
