  : The hot air baloons take off really close to the Hotel. You do need to get up early to see them but its totally worth it! Personal suuuuper nice!!
  : There is no aircon and the room gets really hot in summer. There is a fan but its way too weak, we slept one night with the door open because it was like sleeping in a sauna.

  : Rooms were stuffy , fan could only be turned on if the lights were on . Had to sleep with the lights on both the nights. No ventilation in bathroom . Breakfast was only cheese and biscuits , cereal. No hot breakfast , fruits etc

  : Wowza! This place is amazing! Before arrival we considered upgrading our room, and on check in we asked if we could do so! We were shown the options of rooms available and we were given the upgrade for free! It was so sweet. Also, if youre here to see the hot air balloons from the ground.. this is the place. The balloons take off soo close to the hotel and we got the most amazing experience and photos. We stayed two nights so we had two opportunities to see the balloons and Im just so thankful we stayed there. We were considering staying in Greme as thats where most people go but this town is much better, the second day we went out the balloons went in the opposite direction anyway, back to the hotel. I was concerned about the heat in the rooms as the days were sooo hot and I saw some reviews comparing about heat at night. We stayed in a cave suite and it was fine! There was a window we were able to keep open and we also left the door open for a little while when we came in for some fresh air to flow though and it was perfectly comfortable, even slept with the blankets over us! The staff here are also amazing, so helpful and kind and even took us to the airport. It was an all around amazing time.

  : Room was good but seemed like hadn't been used for a while - a few cobwebs around. There are no signboards to the property, and their name doesn't light up in the night so difficult to locate - best to use GPS support. Customer service prior to getting there was poor, lack of proper communication by their team.
