An exclusive boutique style hotel Jacob’s Cave Suites located in the centre of Goreme National Park. Hotel offers guest a memorable accommodation with its original cave and stone suites. : The staff at the desk was extremely helpful. It was good to be able to get some beverages at any time. The room was very pleasant with a good bathroom.
: I would have liked to have some more variety of fruits for breakfast with some nuts. The choice was not great. Also the music outside was on during the whole day. It did spoil the roof top experience

: Clean and extremely good staffs. The rooms were very spacious and cozy. Special thanks to Ismail and Oscar for being such good hosts.
: The only bummer was that they dont serve lunch or dinner. However, it is not that big of an issue as there is a good restaurant right at the back of the hotel.

: Room size was ok. Booked for three nights, stayed only 1 night then left for a better hotel around the same price. Bed noisy and uncomfortable.
: Rooms are stone brick, not caves however would have looked past this. Issue was none of the activities that were agreed were booked. We asked for help translating a phone call to book a physio and they said they had a qualified contact instead. Person missed going on activities for the physio who did not show up. After an hour of waiting we told them to forget about their contact or translating and we sorted it ourselves. Then we asked what time balloon tour pick up would be and they said they had not booked us in but could get us on for $340 euro per person. It was the first conversation we had with them on arrival at the hotel to book activities and also via BDC messaging prior to arrival. We went into goreme , found a better hotel for similar price and booked directly with a balloon company for the following day a lot cheaper than they quoted. Unsure how this place is so highly rated, it was not our experience.we ended up paying for two hotels however it was worth it to move and do the activities that we travelled there to do.

: Staff mr.Oscar and mr.Ismail where helpful and very nice. The parking place the court yard awesome. Breakfast very tasty. We have a huge discount on booking otherwise we wouldnt have afforded. Best place for watching hot air ballons !
: Strong sewage smell in the bathroom some times. The staff explain us that it s happens when the wind blows frome a certain direction and its happend everywhere in the city.
