  : Bed's were cozy and most of the staff brought a good energy to their job.
  : The room had a musty smell and the fire alarm "dead battery" beep started going off at 1am. The attendant was new and had no solutions until 7am. He said he called his manager 3 times with no response. Not his fault but we couldn't sleep.

  : There were a lot of dogs around. Was not aware that there were not designated rooms. Family had to change rooms due to the odor. Wish that was stated somewhere.

  : I have no problem with the in It is bookings.com that was the main problem. It was late at night I had no place to sleep and I booked a room through your website. I then went to the inn and they said they had no vacancies and your site should not have sold the room. When you send these out in the future you should give your site its own taste of medicine and include all of these questions about your conduct and how you carry out things because you failed me on every single level and I will never use your site to book a room again because clearly you don't know if a room is vacant or not I had to sleep in my car because of your site. So I give you a zero on every metric.
  : I didn't like bookings.com because you booked a room at a hotel that had no vacant rooms in the middle of the night forced me to sleep in my car.

  : The location was perfect. The room was pretty clean when we first opened the door. Front desk gentleman very friendly. The woman who put out the breakfast was very tidy and thorough
  : People smoking weed in their room, very stinky! The bathroom products didn't have a nice smell at all We stayed at the Hilton in Dedham and in Danvers, they used Crabtree and Evelyn much nicer scent
