  : The mattress was comfortable
  : We had checked in to our first room and the air-conditioning unit was leaking probably for a long time because the carpeting was soaking wet so we had to move to a different room immediately. The housekeeping service was horrendous. Upon check-in, they asked us how we wanted our room to be cleaned!daily? We said every other day would be OK. We were staying a week. They did not do every other day! We had to ask for towels and even toilet paper! The person at the desk said to leave the towels and the trash outside the door and she would come to pick it up later That evening! Well, when we woke up in the morning, those items were still outside our door! We will never stay at this hotel again!And even the quality of their “ continental” breakfast has gone down! We have stayed here many times!

  : I booked two rooms for 5 people and got two extra large beds. When I questioned the hotel, they said it was a fault with booking.com. Booking.com never responded to my email/24 hour chat or phone call when I attempted. I then had to book a hotel for the 5th person. Very unsatisfactory.
