  : The building looks fairly new and the property is built on a hill where you can get a good look at the scenery. This was very nice upon arriving. There are a lot of amenities and a restaurant on site that was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist with concerns or questions as needed.
  : There was a first achieved with this hotel that I have never seen before anywhere I have stayed. Our family entered our room with an initial impression that things looked nice. We had come in expecting a premium experience based on reviews and all the information that we could find on this hotel. Our young child wondered into the bathroom and as I followed them a noticeable order was coming from the bathroom. I thought this was odd until I saw that the toilet was left unflushed and that putting it lightly, there was noticeable human waste both in and around it. This was obviously a very poor first impression and honestly a first that I have ever seen anywhere. With our initial expectations in mind, this was as about as bad of a first impression as I could imagine from a place that was so good in so many other ways. I greatly appreciate that the staff moved us to another room and supported us with moving our things over. Thank you for that part. This is just not the type of detail that can be missed by such an otherwise nice place.

  : The staff in the restaurantWas nice and since the front desk asked me to give a 15-20 min advance notice, there was NO one else in the restaurant.

  : the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly
  : When I arrived I was hoping to be able to watch the Laker game but the internet was not working so the picture and sound on the TV in my room was not working properly. I was advised of this from the clerk at the front desk and they offered me a drink from the fridge at no cost but when I got my bill the charged the drink.
