  : The wait to check in, the lack of communication between you and the hotel. I was not the only upset customer. If you had a booking person here or if you could do better communicating with the staff on site you and the hotel would be so much better off. Also, at check in the hotel has required me to give them 128 for deposit. You take $100 deposit I believe as well and on the final page of payment through the app it states I owed nothing to the front desk hotel and each time I’ve had to pay that amount again. Do you hold $100 deposit? If not remove the language from the online order form or highlight that I will have to provide a separate card at check in for 100 bucks. Feels like double dipping and left a really bad taste in my mouth. I tried calling and texting you yesterday with no help

  : The view was great. Right on the beach and close to everything.
  : Smells like weed everywhere, inside the hotel and outside on the beach and Boardwalk. There was very loud music coming from somewhere either within or just outside the hotel Friday night until 1am Saturday morning.

  : We couldn’t check in until after 4:30pm, check in time was 4:00pm. There are not enough elevators so we were constantly waiting each trip up/down.

  : Bathroom was not like photo online. Outdated garden tub in room, marble walk in shower online. House keeping did not enter room or check on us once.

  : Friendly staff, whirlpool bathtub, very easy beach & boardwalk access, close parking, efficient maintenance, full service kitchen in room including dishes, comfy bed, not a casino resort, in-house breakfast diner, available spa packages, comfy a/c, decent TV
  : No elevator in the parking garage, limited front drive-up entrance accessibility, only 3 elevators for 26+ floors with over a dozen rooms per floor (and if you are on the lower floors you will end up waiting till the car picks everyone up from above you and then it's over-crowded. I waited once over half an hour for an elevator and tricked it by saying I wanted to go up first), very fee happy if room wasn't left pretty much exactly the way it was when you checked in, poor drywall repairs particularly around outlets, furniture very dated (the "leather" couch was peeling & damaged at the beadwork), the stone-style countertop at the window was damaged leaving a very sharp gouge that I was worried my toddler son could hurt himself on, TV service while having pretty decent channels had nothing in HD and was on a 32" TV, next door out the back entrance was the marijuana shop that provided a very potent ambient odor, room came with only one roll of toilet paper, night-light external brand signage at the top of the building needed repair, and the whole building needs an overall external cleaning
