  : We loved having a full size kitchen and the large living area during our stay. Wyndham was super responsive if we needed any extra soap, towels, coffee, trash pickup, etc...Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and we had everything we needed for our one week stay. While we were in hotel, you felt very safe.
  : Many nights we arrived after 11pm due to our competition going late. Parking late at night is difficult. The covered parking at the hotel fills up and then you need to park in the overflow lot that is away from hotel. We did not feel safe walking outside of hotel late at night with small children.

  : Staff was friendly and professional, room is clean and spacious, kitchenette is very useful.
  : The elevator experience literally takes away from the entire vacation. Standing around waiting 30+ minutes to go up or down 20+ floors is no fun whatsoever. You don't even want to use the pool, gym or other facilities bcuz you don't want to be held hostage by the elevator. Try walking up 20+ floors lugging numerous bags and see how that impacts your vacation. Dear Management - please ride your elevators with a group of pp going to 2 different floors, during peak hours.

  : I received a call from Club Wyndham on 7/26 at 2pm as I was en route to the hotel. The hotel representative informed me that my reservation had been canceled without any explanation. I made this reservation March 2nd, 2024. Words cannot express the level of frustration, disappointment, and disrespect I felt after receiving that call at the last minute before our arrival. My family and I literally had to book another hotel for our stay 7/26 - 7/28, which cost us an additional $600!!!! I was offered a difference of $27 from Booking corp., which was TRIVIAL COMPARED TO THE ADDITIONAL EXPENSES IMPOSED ON ME AND MY FAMILY for our room accommodations. I feel I should receive a $600 coupon from the Booking Corp ( no expiration) for any future travel accommodations for my family and I. I sincerely hope the Booking Corp will honor my request and continue to value me as a customer.(?)Mechelle McCreary
