  : Doors were hard to open and close, no coffee pot, pillows weren't big enough, no alarm clock, couldn't go into office to sign in when we arrived had to stay outside

  : N/A - Wife would not eat there .
  : Remove mouse traps from room , add a coffee pot , no cigarette burn holes in bed spread , air vents would be cleaned of notcontain black mold . Shower and tub more like Simi clean trough.

  : The staff was very and it was a comfortable stay
  : The way that the door knob and lock was there was wood missing and you could see through to the lock from the inside other then that it was a good stay

  : I liked absolutely nothing. The check in person was rude and condescending, while I stood outside in 39° weather and she refused speak louder than a normal voice as she was talking through a glass with no microphone, And I was trying to hear her with the back ground traffic on my side. She did not want to help at all.
  : The keycard did not work like a normal door and I had to go back down to the outside window - in 39° weather… to tell them the key didn’t work, only for them to tell me the secret to opening the door. We stayed one hour and when there was no heat we got dressed, packed up and left the property at midnight. It was a terrible, unbelievable experience. I would never use this hotel again. Never.
