  : The photos of the room was not accurate, it was small , the bed was hard, the entrance smelt really bad of disinfectant that was horrible. The walls were marked and paint chipped of the corners. It was noisy at times...

  : We stayed here for 4 nights. The location is a few steps from the Town Centre. From hete you can explore the whole of Assisi on foot. Room was adequate with a nice big window. Also cleaned out everyday which is so nice to come back to after a day's long walks. Breakfasts were awesome and the hospitality of Francesco and Lucia was terrific.
  : Loved everything. We requested extra pillows after the first night and Lucia added it. Perhaps the only thing lacking is a kettle in the room to make one's own coffee.

  : The location was good, but Assisi is quite small anyways. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, but... they didn't have coffee. Overall a nice experience, but I wish I stayed in a better hotel when visiting this wonderful town. Even if it costs me more.
  : The entrance was a bit difficult to find. There were smelly garbage bins next to it. The room was situated on the top floor, there was no elevator and the stairs were steep. There is no place to leave your bags in case you want to explore the city after check out. The room was packed with beds, leaving barely any space to move, so make sure you don't spend too many nights there or you'll get claustrophobic. Overall, I felt like we paid far more for what it's worth. I wished I spend a 100 euro more to get a more relaxing and memorable experience.

  : Location was great. Right next to the main town square, where most of the activity was.
  : The room was extremely basic and the bathroom was poor quality. The heat in the room was unbearable!! even tho it was an old stone building with a small window. Ended up sleepless nights with cold showers to try to help. It was cooler out on the street tbh. A fan was provided but did little. A portable air con unit would be a welcomed addition for future guests. There was not even a fridge in the room to keep drinking water cold. Breakfast was included, but due to the fact it was only served between 8-9, we never made it on time, due to tiredness from sleepless nights.

  : The location was excellent. Right in the centre and close to all attractions. Breakfast was enough for us and fresh. Lucia, the lady who prepares breakfast and cleans the rooms is super friendly and helpful.
  : The accomodation needs a major refurbishment. Everything is old and worn out. There is absolutely no soundproofing and in fact we could not sleep on the first night. The road was really noisy as the room given to us was overlooking the restaurant and to make matters worse, trash skips were located a couple of meters away and during the night bar/restaurant owners were all throwing glass bottles in the skips. The owner changed our room without any problems. In both rooms, the toilet is so close to the shower door that one could not sit properly.
