  : The location in Assisi was very central and convenient. The staff were helpful. A good breakfast was included. The bed was comfortable and the decor attractive. There was a rooftop view over the town from a terrace on the 3rd floor. A helpful video was sent before we arrived to assist with finding the hotel in the warren of streets.
  : There were a lot of steps up from the piazza to reach the reception (in the associated restaurant) and then more to get to the location of the rooms (this was ok for us but might not suit some people) which were behind a locked, keycoded gate. Not everyone who stayed there was consistent in locking the gate, which was a worry when we left our baggage on the last day for a few hours.

  : The hotel is located up stairs that open right by the main piazza in Assisi. My room was bright and lovely and the windows opened on the medieval rooftops of the city. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very pleasant and should not be neglected by the traveller.

  : Very good communication with the staff, precise info how to check in and where to go after. A few minutes walking from the parking place what they suggested (around 15 Euros per day). The location is perfect! Very nice and old building in a very quiet area but close to the center, everything is within walking distances. The room was not too big, but enough for one day stay. Just a few meters walking outside to the breakfast/dinner area. The breakfast included, was fine. The dinner we had was very delicious with a very good Chianti wine, We recommend to have the dinner in their restaurant. The staff was very kind and helpful with the necessary information, special thanks to Ottavia! We really recommend this hotel!
  : Not too big room, but it was our choice during the booking. Otherwise everything was fine!
