  : Large room, parking, lots of hot water, generally clean
  : Main business is pub/restaurant felt rooms were add on ie first morning we were locked out of main building where breakfast was served just lucky cleaner heard us knocking. When we arrived 3 staff looked for our details were waiting staff did not seem to be a manager. Issues with room, black mould in shower, lighting did not cover all the room had to leave shower room light on to use kettle also left it on to locate toilet during night. No lamps by bed and uplighters turn on/off switch only on one side of the bed. These issues along with the only hanging area having a large piece of furniture below it would have reported to management but had no idea who they were. By the third morning going to breakfast we got a good morning. We had issue with meal on restaurant first evening the initial response to this was not pleasant once all circumstances known where a little more apologetic. And lastly the mattress plus topper no support noted a previous reviewer had made this comment, two basics clean and good quality mattress not achieved.

  : We agreed with the hotel that breakfast for my wife and I would be 8am. At 8am everywhere was locked up. A staff member eventually turned up in a rush at 8:15 and said breakfast would be "about 20 minutes" - probably an impossibility given that everything had to be set up and cooked. As we had to leave by 8:30, this was not going to happen anyway. In fact though, we feel we dodged a bullet as the staff member's apparent cleanliness was questionable to say the least and the fact that the person had a 'hacking cough' was the final nail in the coffin. We complained to the hotel and didn't even get an acknowledgment. We then complained directly through Booking.com and eventually received the grand sum of 16.02 refund. Wow.

  : Really enjoyed my stay. Room was clean, tidy and bigger than expected. Convenience store just over the road is handy too. Highly recommend having dinner here , the food (and breakfast) was excellent.

  : We didn't like the mould in the shower or the filthy extractor in the bathroom. The wall on one side of the bed was damp & the paint was peeling off it!

  : First class breakfast and attentive friendly staff. Unfortunate first night with non-locking door but resolved immediately, on point next day, after raising. Location ok, as standard.

  : Staff were amazing I will definitely visit again the only downfall was a big mirror on the wall to put makeup on and there was no lighting and as Im short I couldnt see in the mirror in the bathroom the fridge smelt awful so I didnt use it.
  : The fridge smelt awful and there was no contact to reach out to anyone incase of an emergency
