: - Exceptional communication with the host(s), very obliging and understanding (we had a small accident and they replaced a window free of charge) - Favourable location next to Kalamaki beach with shallow and warm water, all amenities, beach chairs, restaurants, etc.
: - (neutral point): the (driving) road leading to the premises is very, very steep. This is however the case for most properties, due to the coastal landscape. But it caught us off guard. We ended up parking at the base most nights. - The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Apartments lack mosquito nets and being located in a wilder area you can expect a lot of bugs, ants, locusts and small lizards. Toilet leaking on the floor, musky smell.

: Good view of sea, Albanian mountains and headlands. Close to sandy beach which is only partly developed. Sitting out area beside apartment. Close to Kassiopi. Bedrooms attractively furnished. Visiting cats. Location is generally quiet although there is some road noise in the day (plus dogs). Nice garden and olive trees.
: Entry drive scarily steep! Neighbours' barking dogs. Exposed to the prevailing wind (NW). Biting insects in day but no mosquitoes at night, which was a plus.

: the apartment is close to beach and the main road. it is a neat, clean, basic apartment with reasonable facilities for a reasonable price.
: it may be 100 metres from the beach, but there is on a very steep incline to the apartment block.
