  : The A/C worked and the free WiFi worked. Hotels are virtually impossible to find during Oshkosh week in Wisconsin and at $115/night for a hotel rated 3 stars in some listings, this appeared to be almost a bargain. (Elsewhere I found it listed as 1 star, which proved to be accurate).The TV, fridge and microwave were nice features that I didn't need or use.
  : The property and room 129 in particular are very run-down. The bathroom fixtures are shabby and poorly maintained. When I turned on the shower, the water was coffee-colored. Thereafter I used only my own bottled water for drinking, etc.There was no provision to hang clothes, the pillow cases were soiled, the drawers were dirty and had debris in them.

  : Even with low price during this time, the hotel and the room were very smelly, like humidity and mold. Everything is old and looks bad.At least the staff was very friendly and helpful, and location is good for Oshkosh visitors.

  : It's quiet and very good security system in place...rooms aren't the Waldorf or Hilton but the beds are more on the firm side .. staff kept there distance and acted professional
