: Fantastic stay at 22B&B. Ingrid and Piet were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Every detail was taken care of including a superb breakfast, amazingly comfortable bed, great toiletries and all manner of guest info. The honesty bar was also a great touch as was the greenery in the shower! We plan to return. Thank you and all the best Vanessa and Simon

: The hosts, Ingrid and Piet are very accommodating to their guests. They really want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. My king room was quite large and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the wall of tall windows and lots of outlets. The location is a bit away from the city center but there are tram lines close by which can get you to near the old town and into Centraal Station within 15 min. Food stores are conveniently located at the tram stops in case you want to pick up any snacks. Breakfast is served starting at 8:30 but accommodations can be made if you need an earlier mealtime. The buffet selection was excellent.
: As is common with older buildings, there is no elevator. The second level of stairs are steep and curvy so be warned if you have large or heavy bags.

: Fantastic B&B, located in a quite neighbourhood within walking distance of Antwerp's city centre. The spacious rooms in the in a beautifully renovated house are well designed, and feature all desired amenities, including very comfortable beds. Ingrid and Piet were great hosts, and made us feel very welcome during our stay. One of the highlights is certainly the delicious breakfast.
