When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 19 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 12 years old to 17 years old stay for € 40 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
People 12 years old and over stay for € 40 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hotel's private, on-site parking only offers a limited amount of spaces.

Please note that the maximum occupancy for all rooms is 3 guests.

From 01 March 2017 Antwerp City Centre has become a low emission zone. All international and national guests must check their vehicule first on the website lez.antwerpen.be, to see if their vehicule can enter Antwerp city center without extra charges
