  : The location was absolutely amazing the waterfront is a min walk away. Beautiful decor in the apartments. Clean. Pleasant staff and cleaners.
  : Wasnt comfortable at all the beds and pillows. The bathroom is super warm and no airflow. The breakfast is useless.

  : 1. it is very close to a public beach (2 min walking) and a supermarket (also 2 min walking in the opposite direction from the beach) 2. location is very convenient, at a walking distance from aquarium and Aktur theme park, and generally close to both the old town and the cable car 3. breakfast is good 4. free wifi is good 5. swimming pool was in fact open (so information on Booking.com about its closure is not correct) 6. staff is friendly and helpful
  : 1. there is no private beach (so information on Booking.com is not correct) 2. cleaning works really strange, they come at random or not at all (even if indicator "clean my room" is lit), randomly remove things (such as soap or sheet/blanket), and forget to take out the garbage 3. the door lock broke twice, which did cost us about 3 hours waiting time in total, first in the lobby then in the room, so a pro-tip is not to lock the balcony door so that they can let you into the room quickly if it breaks

  : The location was perfect. Very nice and roomy balcony with a great view.The washing machine added a level of comfort, but there was nowhere to hang the washed clothes (we did receive a dusty clothes hanger after a few requests, which did the job).The staff was very understanding and tried to do their best to amend the problems with the room.
  : The room was filthy.It appears as if they didn't clean the room after the last 20 guests. There were spots on the walls and doors from who knows what. The kitchen smelled awful. The plates and glasses were dirty. All the countertops, kitchen table and cupboards in the kitchen were sticky and greasy with fingerprints.There was leftover food in the freezer.The floor was so dirty that dirt caked up under the complimentary slippers and fell off all over the place.We informed the staff immediately and they did their best to accommodate us.Some of the dirt was cleaned the next day. We were also offered a different apartment, but decided to stay, since we were unsure about the condition of the other apartment (at least the air-con in the bedroom worked fine here).The remaining dirt we spent an evening cleaning up ourselves.The living room had a foul stench when we arrived, which decreased after the cleaning, but we had to keep all windows open for ventilation during our stay.The sofa was filthy with spots and dust. This was fixed with some sheets over the sofa.The bedsheets and pillows had hair all over and smelled. Most of the sheets and towels were discoloured and the pillow casings were falling apart.There were dust bunnies and balled up hair on the floor around the headboard.The aircondition in the living room smelled like old fridge, basically bacteria accumulation so we couldn't use it at all because of the risk of infection. This was dismissed by the hotel manager as due to previous guests smoking in the room. Lucky we can differentiate between smell of stale smoke (think ashtray) and bacterial and fungal overgrowth (dirty old warm fridge smell).Suspicion of gas leak!There was also a smell of gas leak in the top drawer next to the stove, which disappeared when we turned the gas off from the main valve, and reappeared when the valve was turned back on.
