  : - We could check in earlier than given time. Thanks Citrus Park Hotel.- friendly staff- great location. 5 mintues walking distance to the beach. Also at night we could go for a walk along the beach where there are many Restaurants and bars.
  : - The internet was bad. - the staff couldn't speak English many times. Especially the shift after 6 pm. - the promissed lunch packet was not ready. I guess it was lack of proper communication between staff.

  : A day before arrival, the hotel rang and I confirmed as per booking.On arrival I was told that 2 of the 3 rooms booked by us were given to others. The night Manager said this was a regular problem with hotel owner allocating rooms to others without due regard to bookings.After midnight they arranged 2 rooms at another hotel for one night,. The following day we are allocated another room and one room at nearby hotel. This caused lot of upset and incovinience.
  : Hotel does not adhere to booking system.Staff at reception and office did not speak English . First 2 days were wasted.Michelle at The adjacent sorted our issues.

  : Good location, close to the beach, aquarium, waterhill, 5M Migros comercial center and the ajtur park, this was very nice to be able to walk to all of these. people working there are nice and helpful, they also know english pretty good.the view from the room was nice also and the elevator was very useful.
  : the only minor things that i didnt liked was the wifi, because it was very slow ans rhe breakfast because is wasnt that diversified.
