  : We spent a delightful five days at this premium luxury hotel. The atmosphere was serene and tranquil, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One highlight was the exquisite culinary experience; the food was truly delectable, with a premium touch, although it's worth noting that the variety was somewhat limited. The hotel's location was exceptionally peaceful, and the added convenience of having a Starbucks on-site was a welcome touch. The real standout, however, was the Land of Legends experience, which proved to be nothing short of spectacular. Both the aqua park and theme park were simply amazing. I highly recommend opting for the fast track pass, as the regular queues can be quite time-consuming. It's important to note that while the fast track pass grants you expedited access, it does not include food, beverages, or even locker rental, all of these are additional expenses.The staff at Rixos Downtown were impressively professional, and many of them were fluent in English. A few individuals went above and beyond in providing excellent service. Anastasia and Abdulateef from guest relations were particularly outstanding. They created a Whatsapp group for us and offered all the necessary information and assistance throughout our stay.We also received exceptional service from two special waitstaff members. Furkan, who worked in both the dinner area and pool service, provided attentive service. Ilham at the Tropic Bar ensured we had a pleasant experience.
  : Our stay was lovely overall, but we do have a few suggestions for improvement. Firstly, the elevators seemed sluggish and could benefit from improvement. We dined at the la carte restaurant and ordered beef, which arrived significantly undercooked. Additionally, we arrived slightly late for our golf lesson, and the instructor did not accommodate us. The hotel's mobile application could use some enhancement, and it would be appreciated if the minibar and bathroom amenities were better stocked. We understand the hotel's commitment to being environmentally friendly, but it's essential to provide items that guests may actually require.Shuttle services to Land of Legends and the beach were not frequent, and it would be advisable to offer more frequent departures. Given the hotel's name, Rixos Downtown, it would be advantageous to provide a shuttle service to the downtown area.While the swimming pool was fantastic, we noticed the absence of an indoor pool. Furthermore, the gym facilities need improvement, as many basic machines were lacking.
