The way of dealing with guests is not good.. A very bad experience and I do not intend to repeat it with this hotel, neither I nor anyone before me, and I do not advise anyone to live in This hotel.

  : Only stayed one night so we didn't want to go to an expensive hotel. They provided all the toiletries as standard. Beach towels were also provided although we did not use this service.
  : Water was leaking out of the shower when we were taking a shower. The water pressure was poor and only lukewarm and cold water during the shower. We actually booked a triple room but got a double room instead. Although, this wasn't an issue since it was only me and my partner. However, the blanket or duvet was meant to be for one person which was very annoying. I like to be covered at night but it was hardly covering both of us. Check-in and check-out were not good. Only when I asked about the breakfast they gave us the wristband. They didn't provide any information on wifi. You need a Turkish no. or SIM to use the wifi, if you do not have these then they provide you with a code or something. This was not explained to us as we only found out after we got to our room. By that time we couldn't be asked to go down to the reception for them to input the code or password to our phone. It should have been explained during the check-in process. Breakfast was decent. It was funny as I had to take my cereal bowl to the counter where they poured you the milk. Also, it would have been nice to have name cards next to the food as we had no idea what they were.

  : Mr Abdullah, Kitchen staff and waiters were all very helpful and supportive, massive thanks to them.
  : Bed bugs were in my room, I had terrible experience with sleepless nights and was traumatized with the experience. My room was changed unfortunately I still had bed bugs. I have been informed and asked to report to booking.com where I will be able to get my refund however that was not the case. Lara Hotel resisted not giving my money back and only accepted to give for three days with condition and I only found out after querying it. Un relevant conditions and request, they just did not want to give my money back. Booking.com has not been very helpful either, before booking your place please look for reviews and take every information into consideration.
