For bed and breakfast concept tea and coffee are free of charge only within breakfast time. The hotel provides all inclusive system such as open buffets for breakfast, lunch, coffee break, dinner and 24 hours non-alcoholic drinks in glasses. Alcoholic drinks are extra charge.

Guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to present an authorisation letter and present a copy of the person's passport and credit card.
