  : Breakfast and front desk staffs were decent
  : The trash bin was not emptied in our restroom. I found a full used condom inside. We checked in around midnight and we were too tired to complain about this to front desk so we didnt mention it. Human error

  : Never again this hotel !!!!! I enter to hotel around 21pm on 18 of august. Ive asked if I can do late check out they say no and ask me to pay one more night if I want to stay extra 4 hours, which I did. In the bathroom was dark hair on the floor, I am blond. I was so tired after 24 hours of travel then I didnt want to say anything, shower is spreading the water all over, so the bathroom all in water, had to use towels to make sure it didnt go to the room. Any way the guy at reception at night was nice recommended me a good place to eat. However at night I woke up because of the dog barking non stop, only by 7 am the dog calm down. I fell a sleep and woke up late for breakfast because I havent slept all night, I called at 10 and ask if they can make and exception and give me coffee and brioche, since I will not have breakfast or night tonight I am leaving hotel at 16.00. The guy at the reception started been very aggressive saying no, and if I dont like it I should leave his hotel and go somewhere else. ( he was acting like he is the owner) I was shocked, Ive never been treated that way. I say ok can you give me back then the night I payed extra since is 11.00 I will check out. He said no but I still can go. After that I didnt want to talk to the guy anymore. I was planning to stay in this hotel much more in the future as I travel a lot for work. But this time I will take my business somewhere else. And make sure I will never spend any cent in this place. Horrible service and reception. I really hope booking will do something about that. And yes I want my money back for such a treatment.P.S. when I wanted to check out they refused to do so. And didnt give me any check or invoice. The money from the card been taken. Is that even legal ?

  : - Great location near the sea. - Very clean and comfortable- Staff great and helpful in person
  : - Instant coffee only, not proper coffee- Pool next to a main road so not that relaxing- Staff not helpful via email in advance with transfer from airport. Nor car hire even though there are a load of posters for a particular car hire company within the hotel, the company of which is located next door.

  : It would be nice to provide additional towel for the beach. I've asked at the reception and was told that I should use my own towels. This is strange as other hotel situated near beach would provide basic extras that could be taken to the beach.
