: The rooms were beautiful and extremely clean. The shower was lovely.
: Because there was no choice at breakfast and such a lot of food was brought out I felt there was too much waste. Unfortunately there was an event happening directly outside our rooms which meant we felt we couldnt leave our rooms to go out to eat the evening we arrived.

: The vibe
: I have booked a room for 4 person and paid the price for 4 person, howevre, the complimentary items (water, coffee cups, slippers, and other toiletries) were only provided for 2 person. I have extended the stay due to a flight change for a night, and the price was taken to the original and not the promised discount of booking the hotel room on the note given.Once you enter the hotel lobby, there is no sign of reception desk, and i found the breakfast average.Besides that, the location, the room, and the atmosphere is just great. And the restaurant serves a good dinner on the good city overlooking terrace.

: Fabulous, spacious room, very comfortable beds. Luxurious bathroom. Great location. Fasinating historic buildings.
: We arrived late afternoon to find our room was not ready. Whilst i totally get that this can happen, it was frustrating that when it was ready, it had actually only been set up for 2 people, not for the 4 of us, which took another half hour to rectify.There was a corporate event being held n the inner courtyard / atrium on our first evening. Despite our room opening straight out onto the atrium, in amongst all of the event dining tables, we had not been forewarned of this, nor moved to a room that was less impacted by this event. This made our coming and going from our room very awkward over the evening, which negatively affected our experience / stay. Luckily, as there was no music at the event, on the whole, it was not too noisy. The next evening all of the sofas for guests to sit out on in the inner courtyard / atrium had been removed and replaced with tressel tables, presumably for another up coming event. This again meant that sadly we could not make use of the main part of the hotel, where we had hoped to enjoy the surroundings of this historic building.Bit disappointed as this stay was a treat.

: Absolutely gorgeous room. Unique hotel. Never stayed anywhere like it. Quiet and comfortable and oozing with character and charm.
: Breakfast didnt start until 7:30, and even then they were running late both days.
