  : Almost everything starting with the stuff, especially the reception guyThey didn't switch on the air condition ( AC ), and it was really hot 29c both the living room and the bedroom. I kept arguing with them all day and night to turn it on, and they kept lying that we will fix it for you, and they didn't to the minute I checked out but it was obvious from the icon on the AC panel ( the sun icon, which means its not on the cooling mode )at the end I couldn't sleep all night because of the heat The bathroom has no plug hole, so when I have a shower, the whole bathroom floor flud with water, and it's a disaster that you can't walk, and you would slip .The stuff at the hotel restaurant are very meen keep telling you you can't set here go there and they don't serve you

  : I experienced a double charge on my account, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the staff was unable to rectify the situation. For a hotel that boasts a 5-star rating, the service I received certainly did not meet those standards!
