  : Great space for my family of five. Excellent view of the sea from living room and bedroom. Walking distance from the city centre and the apartment was very easy to find. Very modern in decor and very relaxing. The amenities gives you the option of cooking and doing the laundry. Good wifi connection which meant I could do a bit of work and meet with clients over video conferencing. What did it for me was the simple gesture of making an iron and ironing board avaible for use.

  : The view of the sea (if you ignore the peeling tram station) is great. The AC is also nice to come home to after a day out in scorching weather.
  : Firstly, meeting to exchange keys was made into a brutal experience. I continually kept the person we were dealing with informed about the fact that we had delays at the airport, but also gave time estimates of when we would arrive. Instead of waiting for us, they left, telling us they had to see other clients, and would return 2 1/2 HOURS LATER, leaving us with 8 large suitcases on a random road in Alicante heat.To top it off, because we were waiting with so much luggage, someone passing by robbed a bag. Everything one of us had was stolen. Phone, passport, bank cards, keys, social security cards, money, everything.The response was to deliberately send someone who doesn't speak much English (the person meant to meet us never showed up in person afterwards) who told us "We're not responsible for your negligence." Over Google translate. THEY LEFT US ON THE STREET. They also charged us half the price of the apartment half an hour after that happened. No regard for our situation at all.The apartment was nice, but the service and lack of accountability and even help was absolutely heinous. I will avoid any property advertised by CasaTuris in the future.
