  : Kitchen equipment. E.g. missing sharp knife. Larger double bed - only double bed available. Shower and hot water - there is no single-lever mixer and there is a hot water heater - it is difficult to control.

  : The apartment was great. Very large, bright, comfortable. Slightly basic but it had everything needed.Owner Rocio was very helpful, friendly and communicative. Not usually on site though. Wi-Fi very good.All in all, we were happy with the apartment and can recommend. It would be great value for a family, particularly for those travelling for a car. For us though, the location was not as convenient as we expected.
  : We weren't very happy with location. While reasonably close to everything, the problem was that it was cut off from many places by very busy roads. To get anywhere by foot meant negotiating these busy roads. It was not pedestrian friendly at all in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. It was very confusing particularly at night and I would nearly describe it as slightly dangerous at least until you got familiar with how to get out from the apartment to where you wanted to go. The traffic noise from the roads did not bother us too much. We were there in November and had windows mostly closed. In warmer times, with windows and doors opened, I think it could be quite noisy.The apartment had a lot of wasteland and some derelict sites in immediate vicinity too.Breakfast supplied was very basic.

  : If you have to mention something positive: The apartment is within walking distance of the beach. You can walk to the old town. The apartment offers enough space for two people and under normal circumstances you should be able to find a parking space easily.
  : Summary:May 2022: Due to a construction site at the building, this apartment is a no-go with noise, dirt and lack of privacy due to construction workers in front of windows and balcony. The owners show no remorse or good will and do not offer an adequate compensation.Booking.com is of no help even though they recognize the issues with this appartment. We have contacted the owners regarding the possible noise. They pretended not to know about it.This, of course, was not true. Inside the building - in front of the elevator - there is another note dated February 9, 2022, announcing the construction.This construction is on both sides of the building from 8am to 7pm with loud noise and a lot of dirt and dust settling on windows and balcony.And since the apartment has no air conditioning, you probably want to open your windows at least during the night. What a surprise it was when suddenly construction workers appeared in front of our sleeping room window on the 3rd floor!What we didn't notice until the morning is that a moving construction platform was set up in front of the building. The platform is attached to the balconies with special metal scaffolding so that it can be raised and lowered - from the first to the fourth floor. The whole thing streches across the width of 4 apartments.The owners have not shown a minimum of remorse or good will and have not offered an adequate compensation.They wanted to take us to another location. Since we only had 3 nights/ 2 full days in town, we didn't want to waste our time on this. On the day of arrival, they acted as if they knew nothing. We felt it was hypocritical for them to offer another place now. It felt like they were trying to steal not only our money, but also our time.

  : sound proofing between flats not great but was not an issue except for one night. You can clearly here conversations in adjacent apartments.
