: Location, location, location. Beautiful landscape, seaviews & one of most beautiful, accessible beaches in Europe. It takes about 10min walk down to the beach. We spent whole days there. Rooms need a brush-up, looking a bit dated but functional, clean. Balcony useful & welcome. The food is also very good. Plenty of choice, variety & good quality. We would go again.
: Rooms a bit dated. Alarms going off around 6:30am, several days, not sure why?

: Location next to fabulous beach. Gardens, pool & tennis courts very good
: It is a little tired. The buffet food for dinner was average, only ate there once. The Italian restaurant was booked out.Had to book steam room, normally this is free

: Amazing view, very friendly staff, comfortable room and tasty food
: Toilet cosmetics were not replenished during the entire stay, until it was completely gone and I personally asked for refills. For some reason, beach towels are left in the room; there is no way to return them after the beach and exchange them for clean ones. All the sand on the towels has to be carried through the entire hotel to the room

: Once in the room we had booked - I hate having to change rooms! The view was lovely.
: Walking to town meant walking on the roadside.

: Clean -comfortable bed -amazing location and excellent breakfast
: Slow service and reluctant staff ,bad dinner. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights and any time that they cleaned the room they did not leave a soap in the room any time we asked they were so reluctant to give us any and that was the only option to wash our hands no other alternative we had shampoo and body wash but no hand wash they just gave us one more in the last day which we did not use.same issue with the beach towel I had to come up reception for beach towel it took them 20 mins to provide us with beach towels ,it was none left in the room when I stated that to the reception they called the room service to make sure there was none left at our room I was offended they acted such a way as we are lying .I don't know why they made such a big deal with that.We also did not like the dinner tried it once and never again .we went to the nearby hotel for dinner and it was top notch.

: The pool area was great and never overly crowded nor did people get up early to leave towels down for the day which was great. The breakfast was lovely and abundant. The area that overlooked the cliff beach was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. You can easily walk down to the beach below.
: The area in which the hotel is located is a little far from either vilamoura or albufeira but it does have a small little village town near it( although not much to eat or drink in that area as its kinda quiet). You can get taxis for cheap enough to either town but just something to bear in mind. The facilities such as tennis or pool or anything else all had a fee which I found a bit excessive.
