  : Nasty not safe security guards outside when u walk inside the hotel no one check to see if were staying at the hotel the rooms smell musty and one head head board was missing food up and down the hall ways and garbage bag sitting in front of the elevator by worst hotel never again holiday inn has to earn my respect back before I stay there again

  : This hotel cancelled my reservation @ the last minute . I then spent more than one hour with a Booking representative locating another hotel that was much further away which added to my travel time. The hotel also did not call me about the cancellation but sent an email about this. This hotel was very unprofessional in their management of this situation.

  : We like nothing about this visit. We had booked three rooms and we were denied access to any of them. We were told our reservations had been canceled to make room for migrants. Since I had already paid for the three rooms this was totally unacceptable to us. We had to go elsewhere to find accommodation this was a very sad experience for us. I'm very disappointed.
  : We were not notified that our reservation for three rooms have been canceled prior to our arrival. I was disappointed to get there and have nothing. I can't see anything that would convince me to book there again after this.

  : The room was pleasant, clean and comfortable. We had a sort of accidental upgrade as they had just added second beds to the king rooms, so we had two beds! The breakfast was nice and the reception staff were friendly.
  : [July 2023] The hotel is currently being used to house immigrants awaiting visa applications and we were unaware of this at the time of booking. We would have appreciated being told that we would still be welcome and that it wouldn't interfere with our enjoyment of the hotel. The presence of numerous security guards inside and outside of the hotel was disconcerting. We didn't feel unwelcome but felt that we perhaps shouldn't have been there. There didn't appear to be any other guests staying there at the time and we felt a bit uncomfortable. The location is dismal and unwelcoming - it's surrounded by concrete - empty car parks, highway overpasses and abandoned buildings. It's also not that close to the centre of the city. The hotel also didn't have any tourist information available e.g. a city guide, transport information and restaurant recommendations.
