  : Front desk staff was extremely nice.
  : Found tissue in bed which means housekeeping did not put new sheets on. Hair was found in bathroom.... On toilet and in shower.

  : The staff was nice and professional. Nice breakfast choices.
  : I paid for a king room and when I get there they tell me that you all over booked so they could not honor my request. I waited for almost an hour at the desk while they attempt to get it straight. I was them supposed to be upgraded to the 1 bedroom but sad told it was not available so I end up with 2 queen beds which I hate because I requested and paid for a king. The showerhead in this room was not cleaned and its clogged up so water was only coming out of some of the holes and it sprayed out sharp not to mention you can't make the showerhead go down any further there are no liners so the shower curtain is soaked along with the floor. I only had 2 towels in the room which I used to place on the floor to prevent so much water and a slip and fall.

  : Nothing! To my surprise, when I went to check in, the front desk told me that the manager cancelled my reservation with booking.com due to water leakage in several units. I drove 5 hours and no one from booking.com nor the hotel reached out to me. I was left without a place to stay since the majority of the hotels were all sold out!
  : I’ve messaged booking.com to reimburse me. When I made the reservation, it said it was non refundable. I had no problem but how is it my fault when the hotel canceled my reservation the day of arrival and never notified me!!!

  : Booking.com charged me and the hotel charged me twice with different prices after that. A total of $662 on a $$201 stay. My money is being held for 5 days. I don’t understand why you are reserving rooms for them but when I arrive they charge my card again and again. Does not make sense. What’s the point of going through your company
