  : The room was pretty spacious and the location was ideal and close to lots of food options.
  : The staff was not very friendly. It almost felt like we were bothering them. The breakfast bar dirty and they didn’t refill the options when they ran out.

  : When I arrived, I showed the front desk lady my booking .com reservation.I was told that was a third party app and that the prices were not right. She said the pet fee is not $50 that booking.com did not know, I should have contacted them, the hotel , directly myself that the pet fee was $75 and my total stay would be $250 plus the $75 pet fee which put me above $300.00 I told the lady at the front desk that I have enough money on my card for one night's room plus the $50 pet fee and that was all I had on my card, just enough for what booking.com told me , I had all my other money in cash and had more than enough money to pay for the room and the $50 pet fee, it would of been plenty but 875 pet fee put me over what I had on my card by about 10 15 $20 and the rest I had in cash offered to pay the $75 pet fee and just give her the remaining 15 what was not on my card in cashI explained to her the lady at the front desk that I had about $10 left over on my card after I pay for the room and the $50 pet fee , I told her that I would go ahead and pay the $75 pet fee but I only had around 300 on the card because booking.com told me it was a $50 pet fee so I was going to be about $25 short on my card but not to worry I'll just pay her the remaining balance in cash she said no way, she said that would not work that I had to have it all on the card I offered to pay the rest of what I owe her on the $75 pet fee in cash she told me no I told her my family was there for a family reunion they had rented out $120 rooms and I drove 3 hours and she told me that's what I got for going through a third party app that i should have called the hotel directly . I explained to her that I could not go put the cash money on my card cuz my bank was 3 hours away and it was on a Saturday and that I thought she should have honored the pet fee of what booking.com told me it was then I would not be in this position she said she will not honor what booking.

  : There was a lot of high school kids running around all day and night. No one said anything. Hair was all over the bathroom. It was not worth the price of what you charged.
