  : it was clean and good condition for the money paid.
  : not all facilities that were in the description of the hotel were available. for example pool. it was closed while we were in accommodation. and there was no information about it in the description of the hotel at the moment reservation. so we chose this hotel and paid for the services that were given in description, but they were not available. still the price remained the same. more over, staff didnt even try to compensate this in any way. in general, staff didnt do anything that we asked them to do. they didnt change the soap in a shower thats didnt work, even if we asked 4 times to do it. they didnt compensate 2 days that we paid extra, because we checked in 1 day later and checked out 1 day before the period payed, even when we informed them that it will be like this weeks before we came to hotel. staff didnt move as to another suit when we came and discussed it. they promised they will do it and in the end gave room to another people. In general, we didnt receive any help from the hotel at all. very disappointing service
