Hildegard Hotel

Very Good
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Location was great, 3 min walk to Cleopatra Beach and all the restaurants. The room where quite small with a lack of storage, but refurnished i a modern way. Air condition and a nice balcony made this room very comfortable during the hot days.
: The lack of storage, and the beds was quite hard.

: Perfect location, 5 mins from the shops and beach. Lift to take you to any floor. Nice spacious balconies. Netflix available on the tv.
: This hotel doesnt know who its client base is. Some couples, couple families and mostly over run by screaming, fighting and sometimes drunk 18 year olds coming in at all hours of the day and night.

: Stylish and well designed. Really outstanding compared to other hotels in whole alanya.Great location. Only a few minutes away from Kleopatra beach, the best beach in the town.Good breakfast.everything was fresh and tasty.Friendly staff. You wont have a problem in communication, because everyone speaks English there.swimming pool. I was amazed how they made such a good swimming pool in a small location
: Room cleaning. Floor in our room was dirty upon arrival and it didnt change during the whole stay. There were stains that needed to be mopped, not just swiped. Somehow it was a problem to clean up

Poor

: Location was good and the receptionist was nice
: Never have I ever seen a hotel room this dirty. The floors were mopped with a clearly very dirty mop since the floors had brown streaks from the mop. We had to use shoes inside. The blankets were ridiculous. We were 2 people in one king bed supposed to share a day cover that was meant for a small single bed. I called them and said that they forgot to give us a blanket. Then the cleaning lady came in saying that the obvious day cover is the blanket. We already decided at that point to only stay for one night even though we had booked 5 nights. We missed the breakfast so I cant comment on that much. The cleaning lady also came in the morning to ask if we need cleaning even though we had pressed the do not disturb button. I told her no we do not need the cleaning and she doesnt understand english and kept repeating the question. We were clearly still sleeping and it was obvious that she had waken us up. I do not understand how she couldnt understand NO WE DO NOT NEED CLEANING NO NO and kept standing there as a question mark. The receptionist was a nice person and apologetic of the situation. I am hoping to get a refund for the nights that we didnt stay there.
