: My room (#5) was spacious and warm, with a clean, modern bathroom. Wi-Fi worked excellent. The host was really friendly and helpful, addressing the issues and questions right away. There were no tea kettle or refrigerator in the room, but they were available in the kitchen along with tea and coffee.
: At no fault of a pension, I had some issues with noise, but both before 22:30. When other guests hung out in the kitchen for a while and celebrated there, they were really being heard in my room, which was next door to the kitchen. Also, there was an issue with a dog barking (outside of the property) lasting for an hour, which likely turned out to be due to some guests leaving the dog outside of nearby restaurant. The night was quiet though.

: Wooden cabin with poor facilities and soundproofing, looks way more shabby than the pics.I went through the reviews and found that other guests also feel cold around winter and early spring, while Ela weaseled out and accused them for not using her heavy, coarse blanket. When I went there months ago Ela was very reluctant to provide air conditioning which is included in the room rate. She rushed into my room and YELLED complaining about the electricity fee for 40 minutes.

: We loved how cute and well maintained the pension was, location is perfect (5 min walk to the main Sibiu sqare), parking spot is a big plus and the owner Mihaela was very nice and welcoming!
: Not a major issue, beds are just a little bit uncomfortable, but it can be easily fixed.
